* calls.c (expand_call): Mark temp slot for result as having
address taken.
* rtlanal.c (reg_referenced_p, case IF_THEN_ELSE): New case.
* gcc.c (process_command): Add standard_exec_prefix with "GCC"
component as well as "BINUTILS".
