* pretty-print.h (pp_maybe_newline_and_indent): New macro.
* c-pretty-print.h (c_pretty_printer): Now typedef to the structure. Be consistent with pretty-print.h abd cxx-pretty-print.h (struct c_pretty_print_info): Document. Add new fields.
