* exp_vfpt.adb: Handle /= case
(Expand_Vax_Conversion): Properly recognize Conversion_OK flag
so that we do not get duplicate scaling for fixed point conversions.
* s-vaflop.ads, s-vaflop.adb: (Ne_F): New function
