	adjustment for PPC && !VTHREADS && !RTP, as required by the zcx
	propagation circuitry.
	(__gnat_error_handler): Second argument of a sigaction handler is a
	pointer, not an int, and is unused.
	Adjust signal context before mapping to exception.
