using gnatmake to get a brief list.
* debug.adb: Document -gnatd.i to disable pragma Warnings
* par-prag.adb, sem_prag.adb: Recognize -gnatd.i to disable Warnings
pragma.
* vms_data.ads: Add /NOWARNINGS_PRAGMS for -gnatd.i
