Remove semicolon after do {} while (false) in HSA_LOG

* plugin/plugin-hsa.c (HSA_LOG): Remove semicolon after
"do {} while (false)".
(init_single_kernel, GOMP_OFFLOAD_async_run): Add missing semicolon
after HSA_DEBUG call.
