Warning fixes:
* fp-bit.c (SFtype): Don't implicitly use int in declaration.
(DFtype): Likewise.
(_fpdiv_parts): Remove unused parameter `tmp', all callers changed.
(divide): Remove unused variable `tmp'.
(si_to_float): Cast numeric constant to (SItype) before comparing
it against one.
