Don't configure gcc with --disable-sharedbaserock/morph-gnomeos
Mesa cannot build its loadable modules without a shared libstdc++.
The correct solution is to allow splitting strata, so the libraries
that come out of the build can go in to an image without necessarily
including the whole of gcc. This is a lot of work.
