(generated-autoload-file): Set file-local value to "htmlfontify.el".
* htmlfontify.el (caddr, cadddr): Remove fallback definitions.
They have definitions / compiler macros in cl.el.
(htmlfontify-load-rgb-file, hfy-fallback-colour-values):
Replace manual autoloads with generated ones.
