(test-distrib${EXEEXT}): Remove rule. * make-dist: Do not distribute lib-src/testfile. * admin/quick-install-emacs (AVOID): Remove testfile and test-distrib. * INSTALL, etc/PROBLEMS, admin/notes/unicode: Remove references to test-distrib and testfile.
