Fix redisplay of glyphless characters
* src/conf_post.h (bool_bf): Use 'unsigned int' in the MinGW builds. Suggested by Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com>. (Bug#33017) * src/dispnew.c (scrolling_window): Update commentary regarding xwidget builds.
