Avoid assertion violations in gnutls.c
* src/gnutls.c (Fgnutls_hash_digest, gnutls_symmetric)
(Fgnutls_hash_mac): Check CONSP before invoking XCDR. (Bug#32187)
Report values of invalid arguments when signaling an error.
