[!defined MAP_ANON]: Define MAP_ANON to MAP_ANONYMOUS if defined, 0 otherwise.
(MAP_FAILED): Define if not defined and use it for testing mmap failure. (unexec) [!MAP_ANON]: Use /dev/zero as file to map.
