Convenient macro to check whether the buffer is live.
* buffer.h (BUFFER_LIVE_P): New macro.
* alloc.c, buffer.c, editfns.c, insdel.c, lread.c, marker.c:
* minibuf.c, print.c, process.c, window.c, xdisp.c: Use it.
