Update copyright notice, fix minor
typos.
(texinfo-find-lower-level-node, texinfo-find-higher-level-node)
(texinfo-menu-locate-entry-p, texinfo-start-menu-description)
(texinfo-update-menu-region-beginning)
(texinfo-update-menu-region-end, texinfo-find-pointer): Add new
command, @ifnottex, to regexps, so it is found.
