Minor improvements of next-error docs
* lisp/simple.el (next-error-find-buffer-function)
(previous-error, next-error-select-buffer): Doc fixes.
* doc/emacs/maintaining.texi (Change Log Commands):
* doc/emacs/building.texi (Compilation Mode): Index the new
commands and variables. Improve wording.
