(mouse-wheel-scroll-amount): Renamed from `mwheel-scroll-amount'.
(mouse-wheel-follow-mouse): Renamed from `mwheel-follow-mouse'.
(mouse-wheel-mode): Use (featurep 'xemacs) instead of
string-matching against the version string.
