(locate-local-prompt): New var.
(locate-prompt-for-search-string): New function.
(locate): Make locate-local-prompt buffer-local. Use
locate-prompt-for-search-string.
(locate-with-filter): New optional arg. Use
locate-prompt-for-search-string.
(locate-update): Bind locate-prompt-for-command.
