Put license information in each generated uni-*.el
* admin/unidata/unidata-gen.el (unidata-gen-file):
Get Copyright line from copyright.html.
Put information in file header, not separate README.
(unidata-gen-charprop): Mention the source location.
* lisp/international/README: Remove file.
