Grammar bug fixes from CEDET upstream.
* grammars/c.by (function-pointer): Correctly deal with anonymous
function pointers.
(opt-brackets-after-symbol): New.
(multi-stage-dereference): Use it. Add rules for explicit
matching the last dereference.
