Remove some compatibility stuff and CL
dependence. Use line-{beginning,end}-position, not
point-at{b,e}ol. Some doc fixes.
(todo-position): New function. Fix callers of position to use it.
(todo-save-top-priorities, todo-print): Use with-temp-buffer.
