Update from gnulib
This incorporates:
2016-06-24 intprops: port better to GCC 7
2016-06-13 xalloc-oversized: port to GCC 7; fewer warnings
* doc/misc/texinfo.tex, lib/xalloc-oversized.h, lib/intprops.h:
Copy from gnulib.
