On fatal signal, delete socket-file:
Include signal.h. (xmalloc, fatal, error): New functions. (delete_socket, handle_signals): New functions. (progname, socket_name): New variables. [HAVE_SOCKETS] (main): Call handle_signals; set the new variables.
