Rename leim/Makefile's BUILT_EMACS to EMACS
* leim/Makefile.in (EMACS): Rename from BUILT_EMACS. (RUN_EMACS, compile-main): Update for this change. * src/Makefile.in ($(leimdir)/leim-list.el): Pass EMACS rather than BUILT_EMACS.
