Update `versionnumber' and `year'. Update Emacs's version to 22.
(Starting Emacs): Delete sentence to fix formatting problems. (Multiple Windows): Clarify first sentence. Mention C-x 5 1. (Formatting): Update the binding of set face. (International Character Sets): set-language-environment is bound to C-x RET l
