Fix uses of 'nil' and 'non-nil' in manuals and a few more minor issues
* doc/emacs/building.texi (Grep Searching): Fix doc of
'grep-save-buffers'.
(Drag and Drop): Reorder paragraphs. Fix doc of
'mouse-drag-and-drop-region'.
