Fix doc of 'display-buffer-in-previous-window' (Bug#36161)
* doc/lispref/windows.texi (Buffer Display Action Functions):
* lisp/window.el (display-buffer-in-previous-window): Tell
that 'display-buffer-in-previous-window' prefers
non-selected windows (Bug#36161).
