Remove time-stamp from woman.texi
* doc/misc/woman.texi (UPDATED, VERSION): Remove in favor of EMACSVER.
Include emacsver.texi. Nuke hand-written node pointers.
* doc/misc/Makefile.in ($(buildinfodir)/woman$(INFO_EXT), woman.dvi, woman.pdf):
Depend on emacsver.texi.
