Document trash changes in manual.
* doc/emacs/dired.texi (Dired Deletion): Shorten description of Trash.
* doc/emacs/files.texi (Misc File Ops): Document new
delete-by-moving-to-trash behavior.
* doc/lispref/files.texi (Changing Files, Create/Delete Dirs): Document TRASH
argument.
