(CFLAGS): Exclude ${CFLAGS} from singlequotes.
(printing the choices): Make the toolkit message unconditional.
(USE_X_TOOLKIT): Use `none', not `no', if none.
(include libsrc_libs): Include config.h, and specify -I for srcdir.
Get rid of temp file foofoo1.
