* configure.in: Define USE_LUCID/USE_MOTIF in config.h.
* lwlib/Makefile.in (TOOLKIT_DEFINES): Remove.
* src/Makefile.in (TOOLKIT_DEFINES): Remove.
(LIBW): Use a bit less #if, remove left over OPEN_LOOK stuff.
