Rename CANNOT_DUMP to HAVE_UNEXEC
* configure.ac (CANNOT_DUMP): Remove. All uses removed, or changed to the negative of with_unexec. (HAVE_UNEXEC): New macro. All uses of CANNOT_DUMP changed to the negative of this macro.
