(mouse-avoidance-ignore-p): New fun.
Also ignore switch-frame, select-window, double, and triple clicks.
(mouse-avoidance-banish-hook, mouse-avoidance-exile-hook)
(mouse-avoidance-fancy-hook): Use it.
