* doc/misc/efaq.texi (New in Emacs 26, New in Emacs 25) (New in Emacs 24, New in Emacs 23, New in Emacs 22) (New in Emacs 21, New in Emacs 20): Normalize the format for referring to the NEWS.NN file.
