Fix spelling typos in NEWS, NOTES, TODO, and in comments of configure.ac
accidently -> accidentally
approriate -> appropriate
depencies -> dependencies
endianess -> endianness
funtions -> functions
indeces -> indices
indentified -> identified
ist -> is
mutliple -> multiple
nessesary -> necessary
optimze -> optimize
severly -> severely
suport -> support
tranformation -> transformation
