- Added image icons (with extension text) at 96px and 128px for
png, jpg, bmp, gif, ico, tiff
- Redid image icons at all sizes to give sharper borders, match styles,
gradients, border thickness, font sizes/spacing and reflections
- Added flatpak package
- Updated deb package to match flatpak style
- Fixed text-html at 64px (was actually 48px)
- Added eBook icons (Mobi, Azw, Comic Rar/Zip)
- Symlinked Deja Vu and Post Script eDocument icons to pdf

- Added symlinks missing at certain sizes for smi, subrip, cmake,
perl
- Fixed incorrectly named pgp/gpg icon
- Added pgp/gpg icon at missing sizes
- Added pkcs (symlinked to certificate)
Many of these were from upstream or edited from upstream sources (deb,
flatpak, eBook, Go, gettext, application-x-generic, unknown, readme)
