fsck.c (PRS): fsck -? now prints the usage message.
ChangeLog, jfs.h:
jfs.h (JFS_DEBUG): Don't define JFS_DEBUG for non-kernel builds; if
necessasry it can be set with configure --enable-jfs-debug
