tests: remove pipelining testsbagder/rm-pipelining-tests
Remove the tests 530, 584, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1903 and 2033
The Pipelining code has been removed from curl a while already by now (since
commit 2f44e94efb3df8e, April 2019).
