docs: Add SSL backend names to CURL_SSL_BACKEND
- Document the names that can be used with CURL_SSL_BACKEND:
bearssl, gnutls, gskit, mbedtls, mesalink, nss, openssl, rustls,
schannel, secure-transport, wolfssl
