Add a device-inhibit command to the colormgr client

To use this, you just have to do:

$ colormgr get-devices

... to get the device path, and then use the new command to inhibit the profile
for 10 seconds:

$ colormgr device-inhibit /org/freedesktop/ColorManager/devices/xrandr_Lenovo 10

Using a timeout of 0 will mean 'forever', and the user will have to use ctrl-c
to quit the colormgr utility.
