We concluded that gdbarch_in_function_epilogue_p is misnamed, since it
returns true if the given PC is one instruction after the one that
destroyed the stack (which isn't necessarily inside an epilogue),
therefore it should be renamed to stack_frame_destroyed_p.
I also took the liberty of renaming the arch-specific implementations to
*_stack_frame_destroyed_p as well for consistency.

This patch fixes the bug described in PR tdep/9390, which is about a
wrong check in the following code:

This condition will never trigger, and the fix proposed in the bug
(which made sense to me) was to test against 0x000a. I tried finding
documentation about this target, but couldn't find anything. I don't
even know if it is still used, but decided to submit the fix anyway.
Tested on my x86_64 Fedora 20 GNU/Linux.

This adds -Wold-style-declaration to gdb's list of warnings.
It turns out that a few places use "const static" rather than
"static const". The former is deprecated according to the C standard.
Tested by rebuilding with --enable-targets=all on x86-64 Fedora 18.

gdb_byte should be used for bytes from the program being debugged. We
have many places using char or unsigned char instead all over the
existing ports, and more ends up added over time due to copy/paste as
new code is based on old code.
I've greped the tree for "char buf[", and fixed all I found.
Tested by building with --enable-targets=all.
