Remove mt port
This patch removes the MT port. The removal was annoucned

I'll remove MT from the top-level configure later.

* Makefile.in (ALL_TARGET_OBS): Remove mt-tdep.o.
* configure.tgt: Remove target mt.
* mt-tdep.c: Remove.
* regcache.c (cooked_read_test): Remove the check for mt.
