Remove regcache_register_status
Remove regcache_register_status, change callers to use
reg_buffer::get_register_status directly.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* regcache.h (regcache_register_status): Remove, update callers
to use reg_buffer::get_register_status directly instead.
* regcache.c (regcache_register_status): Remove.
