* amd64-tdep.h: Renamed from x86-64-tdep.h.
* amd64-tdep.c: Renamed from x86-64-tdep.c. Include
"amd64-tdep.h" instead of "x86-64-tdep.h".
* amd64-nat.c: Include "amd64-tdep.h" instead of "x86-64-tdep.h".
* amd64-linux-tdep.h: Renamed from x86-64-linux.h.
* amd64-linux-tdep.c: Renamed from x86-64-linux-tdep.c. Include
"amd64-tdep.h" and "amd64-linux-tdep.h" instead of "x86-64-tdep.h"
and "x86-64-tdep.c".
* amd64-linux-nat.c: Renamed from x86-64-linux-nat.c. Include
"amd64-tdep.h" and "amd64-linux-tdep.h" instead of "x86-64-tdep.h"
and "x86-64-tdep.c".
* amd64bsd-nat.c: Update copyright year.
