Remove regcache_raw_supply
Remove regcache_raw_supply, update callers to use
detached_regcache::raw_supply.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* regcache.h (regcache_raw_supply): Remove, update callers to
use detached_regcache::raw_supply.
* regcache.c (regcache_raw_supply): Remove.
