* elfxx-mips.c (mips_elf_record_relocs): Defer allocation of a
global GOT entry when deferring allocation of dynamic relocations.
(allocate_dynrelocs): When allocating deferred dynamic relocations,
also do the deferred allocation of a GOT entry.
