Document -ctf switch of -trace-save
The -trace-save MI command supports saving the trace in the CTF format,
as its CLI counterpart, but it's not documented.
gdb/doc/ChangeLog:
* gdb.texinfo (GDB/MI Tracepoint Commands): Document -ctf switch
of -trace-save.
