TAP driver: cosmetic fixes
* lib/tap-driver.sh: Quote 'like this', not `like this'. Remove an obsolete FIXME. Correctly mark another comment as a TODO rather than as a FIXME. Signed-off-by: Stefano Lattarini <stefano.lattarini@gmail.com>
