Port minor AC_FUNC_ALLOCA fixes from Gnulib
* lib/autoconf/functions.m4 (_AC_LIBOBJ_ALLOCA, AC_FUNC_ALLOCA):

(_AC_LIBOBJ_ALLOCA): Use plain # instead of unnecessary quadrigraph.
This patch is adapted from Gnulib.
