New Fortran macro AC_FC_LINE_LENGTH.
* lib/autoconf/fortran.m4 (AC_FC_LINE_LENGTH): New macro.
* doc/autoconf.texi (Fortran Compiler): Document it.
* tests/fortran.at (AC_FC_LINE_LENGTH): New test.
* NEWS: Update.
